Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my couch?
It's sized to the seat, not the whole sofa, which is why it works on shapes slipcovers can't: sectionals, modulars, L-shapes, chaises. Measure the cushion area where your pet actually lies and match it to the size chart.
Which size should I get?
Measure the seat cushions your pet lies on, edge to edge, in inches. Round up if you're between sizes. Small 30 x 30, Medium 30 x 47, Square 35 x 35, Large 35 x 47, X-Large 35 x 53.
Is it actually waterproof?
There's a waterproof layer between the top fabric and the backing. Accidents and spills sit on the surface instead of soaking into your cushion.
Can I wash it?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Heat is what breaks down waterproof layers, so skip the high setting.
Does it look like a pet product?
No. Five colors, quilted texture, no paw prints, no logos. It's designed to look like a throw.
Will it help with hair?
It catches the hair that would otherwise work into your cushions. You wash the mat instead of vacuuming the couch. It won't stop shedding.
What if my dog destroys it?
He might. A $79 mat is a cheaper thing to replace than a couch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
What's your return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@kindredhomestore.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us, and your refund goes back to your original payment method once the return arrives.
